Where does DRTG deliver their dining room sets for sale?
We deliver to continental United States and Canada.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard shipping is free for any dining room table set at DiningRoomsToGo.† Express Delivery is available for $199.
Will I be charged sales tax?
No sales tax will be charged except for deliveries to New York.† Orders shipping to New York will have 8.875% sales tax.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
The time in which you receive your new dining room table set depends on where it will be shipped.† In the continental United States it may take 24 to 48 hours to process and 5-10 business days to ship.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.† If you do not get tracking information within 2 business days we encourage you to call us toll free at 1-888-600-3464 for further information of your delivery.
What are my shipping options?
We offer Express Delivery and free Standard Delivery for all of our dining room table and chairs.
Will I be contacted regarding my delivery?
You will be contacted 24 hours before your delivery arrives to ensure that someone will be there to receive the delivery.
Can I pick up my purchase?
At DiningRoomsToGo we do everything we can to provide customers the best possible prices.† We do not have pick-up services, but due to our cost effective strategies for the benefit of all of our customers, we are able to offer free standard shipping on any dining room table set that we sell!
Do you have a showroom?
In order to keep prices as low as possible for our customers we decided to keep DiningRoomsToGo completely web based and do not have a showroom.
What if my delivered merchandise is damaged?
If you received merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must sign for it that it is damaged.† DiningRoomsToGo will then replace any damaged parts or merchandise.
Will my furniture require assembly?
Most furniture will require assembly.
Will you help me assemble my furniture?
We can contact a third party to assemble the furniture for you and we will charge your account.
Do you have a retail store?
No.† Although we started as a retail store, we are now completely web based to keep costs down so we can share the great savings on our dining room sets with our customers.
Does DRTG offer financing?
We do not offer financing at this time.
What ways can I pay for my purchase?
You can pay for our dining room sets for sale with any major credit card or through wire transfer.
Is your site secure?
Yes.† Your online order will be protected by RapidSSL software.
Will you sell my information?
No.† We do not sell customer information to any third parties. Your email is only used to communicate your order information/tracking number to you.
What is your cancellation and return policy?
All of our products are guaranteed to be as described.†If for any reason, there is a problem - such as damages - we will take care of the problem to your satisfaction. Claims must be made within 72 hour of delivery.
We will replace or repair any furniture that is delivered damaged. Any damage or defect must be noted on your signed delivery slip.
If for some reason you are unsatisfied, and want to return the item, you will be responsible for a 30% restocking fee, along with any shipping costs to and from our warehouse. You may return it, however, it must be put into its original packaging, and you have 3 days to contact us.† General merchandise items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 2 weeks of receipt. We will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items.
Telephone or website orders can be cancelled within†24 hours. After†24 hours, the consumer will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the purchase price of the item.
We are not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any states other than the state of New York. The customer is responsible for making sure that all required taxes are paid.† Each state manages and dictates its own policies and requirements.† All terms and conditions contained in this order agreement constitutes our agreement and binding commitment with you, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York and further subject to the rules of binding arbitration.
Items shipped by DHL, UPS and FEDERAL EXPRESS are typically delivered to your door and do not include in-home setup. If you are not home when your package arrives, the delivery service will leave a slip on your door detailing the company’s procedures for having your package re-delivered or picked up. DHL, UPS and FEDERAL EXPRESS do not build “Ready to Assemble” furniture, hang mirrors or other items, nor do they perform any un-packing of any kind.
If you received a product that you did not order, please contact our Customer Service Department by calling 1-888-600-3464.† The representative will arrange for a UPS call tag which then schedules UPS to come to your home to pick up the merchandise. Pack and seal your return securely in its original packaging.
Credit card refunds will only be posted to the same credit card used to complete your original purchase.† Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. †If you made a purchase by check or money order, your refund will arrive within 2-3 weeks of receipt of your returned merchandise.
Where can I get warranty information on merchandise?

Does the color of the physical merchandise differ from what is on the site?
Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is often hard for us to show the exact color(s) of each item. All images have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers and monitors.
What if I receive an error during checkout?
